Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Aniplay.in (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Aniplay Internet Private Limited ("Aniplay", "we", "us").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 13 or older. If you are between 13–18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and accepted these Terms on your behalf.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately at legal@aniplay.in of any unauthorised use of your account.
• One account per person. Multiple accounts are not permitted.

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

Free Plan

Free accounts can access the first 2 episodes of every story at no cost, without providing payment details.

Premium Plan

• Premium membership is priced at ₹99/month.
• Payment is processed securely by Razorpay. Aniplay does not store card or banking details.
• Subscriptions are monthly and can be cancelled at any time. No refunds are provided for partial months.
• Access reverts to Free plan immediately upon cancellation.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

All audio stories, scripts, cover art, narration, and other content on the Platform ("Aniplay Content") are owned by or licensed to Aniplay. You may not download, copy, reproduce, redistribute, scrape, or create derivative works of Aniplay Content without prior written permission.

The Aniplay name, logo, and brand elements are trademarks of Aniplay Internet Private Limited and may not be used without express permission.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or download content.
• Attempt to bypass DRM, access controls, or payment verification.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Upload or transmit any malicious code or content.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Indian law.
• Harass, defame, or harm other users or Aniplay.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Aniplay does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Aniplay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Aniplay in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm the Platform or other users. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
