1. Our Commitment to Copyright

Aniplay Internet Private Limited ("Aniplay") respects the intellectual property rights of creators, authors, and copyright holders. All audio stories, scripts, narrations, cover artwork, music, and other creative content published on Aniplay.in are protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, and applicable international treaties.

Aniplay Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, publicly performed, publicly displayed, translated, or used to create derivative works without the prior written consent of Aniplay.

2. Content Ownership

• <strong>Platform Content:</strong> All stories, episodes, narration, branding, and original works created or commissioned by Aniplay are owned exclusively by Aniplay Internet Private Limited.
• <strong>Author-Contributed Content:</strong> Authors who publish on Aniplay retain copyright in their original work but grant Aniplay a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish, stream, and promote the content on the Platform.

3. Anti-Piracy

Audio files on Aniplay are protected by access controls, signed delivery URLs, and monitoring systems. Unauthorised downloading, recording, redistribution, or scraping of audio content constitutes copyright infringement and may result in:

• Immediate termination of your Aniplay account.
• Civil action under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 (Section 51).
• Criminal prosecution under Sections 63–65 of the Copyright Act.

4. DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content on Aniplay.in infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include:

1. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
3. The URL(s) of the allegedly infringing content on Aniplay.in.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on behalf of the owner.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

5. Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email address containing: (a) your contact information; (b) identification of the removed content and its former location; (c) a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed in error; and (d) your signature.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

Aniplay will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat copyright infringers, consistent with the requirements of applicable law.

7. Fair Use / Fair Dealing

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any fair dealing rights granted under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 (Sections 52 and 52A), including use for criticism, review, or reporting current events.
